To create an account, click on the "Register" button in the top-right corner of the page. Fill in your details including your name, email address, and create a password. Once submitted, you'll receive a verification email to confirm your account.

We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. In some regions, we also support PayPal and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

Security deposits are set by item owners to protect against damage or loss. When you rent an item, the deposit amount is held but not charged unless a claim is made. After returning the item in good condition, the deposit hold is released within 3-5 business days.

If an item is damaged during your rental period, you should notify the owner immediately. They may make a claim against your security deposit to cover repairs or replacement. In case of disputes, our support team can mediate the resolution process.

To cancel a reservation, go to your "My Rentals" section, find the reservation, and click the "Cancel" button. Cancellation policies vary depending on how close to the rental date you cancel. Some cancellations may be subject to partial or full charges.
