Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a rental request before it's approved with no charge. After approval:

  • 48+ hours before start: Full refund
  • Less than 48 hours: Partial refund may apply
  • After rental starts: No refund unless there's an issue with the item

How to Cancel

  1. Go to your rentals in the app
  2. Find the rental you want to cancel
  3. Tap "Cancel Rental"
  4. Confirm your cancellation

Getting a Refund

Refunds are processed automatically based on our cancellation policy. They typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days.
