Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a rental request before it's approved with no charge. After approval:
- 48+ hours before start: Full refund
- Less than 48 hours: Partial refund may apply
- After rental starts: No refund unless there's an issue with the item
How to Cancel
- Go to your rentals in the app
- Find the rental you want to cancel
- Tap "Cancel Rental"
- Confirm your cancellation
Getting a Refund
Refunds are processed automatically based on our cancellation policy. They typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days.
