What happens if an item is damaged?

Accidents happen, but we have processes to handle damage fairly.

If you're the Renter

  • Report the damage immediately through the app
  • Document the damage with photos
  • Be honest about what happened
  • Work with the owner to resolve the issue

If you're the Owner

  • Document the damage with photos when the item is returned
  • Report the issue through the app within 24 hours
  • Provide evidence of the item's condition before the rental
  • Our support team will help mediate a fair resolution

Resolution Process

We encourage both parties to communicate and reach an agreement. If needed, our support team can step in to help resolve disputes.
