What happens if an item is damaged?

Accidents happen, but we have processes to handle damage fairly.
If you're the Renter
- Report the damage immediately through the app
- Document the damage with photos
- Be honest about what happened
- Work with the owner to resolve the issue
If you're the Owner
- Document the damage with photos when the item is returned
- Report the issue through the app within 24 hours
- Provide evidence of the item's condition before the rental
- Our support team will help mediate a fair resolution
Resolution Process
We encourage both parties to communicate and reach an agreement. If needed, our support team can step in to help resolve disputes.
