Our Fee Structure

WhyRent charges a simple 15% commission on each completed rental. This covers:

• Platform maintenance and development
• Secure payment processing
• Customer support
• Identity verification services

Example

If you rent out an item for £20/day for 3 days (£60 total):

• Renter pays: £60
• WhyRent fee (15%): £9
• You receive: £51

No Hidden Fees

There are no signup fees, listing fees, or monthly charges. You only pay when you successfully complete a rental.
